My Dr. TED Diet Experience

My Life Changing Results

I tried the Cambridge Diet- 3 shakes a day and NO FOOD!! I wanted to chew everything in sight. The Cambridge Diet is not real life. It stopped me from going out with friends. I lost, put weight back on, and more!

The Phen-Phen Diet was next. The pills told my body I was not hungry, ate anything I wanted and lost weight. The pills were unsafe, the Dr. stopped giving the pills to me and I put the weight back on. Again not real life. This diet did not teach or help me to eat properly.

I tried low Calorie and LOTs of exercising on my own. Weight loss was VERY SLOW. I did not have all the tools and correct information I needed.

Those were just a few of many Diets!!

When I found the Dr. TED Diet™ I was skeptical, another diet that makes wonderful promises. Being hopeful and wanting to get the weight off, I went to the Aesthetic MD and put my trust in their Dr. TED Diet™, as I had done with all the rest. Right when I started the Dr. TED Diet™ program I was impressed. They gave me all the information I needed to make the Dr. TED Diet™ enjoyable. I had energy, was eating healthy, did not feel hungry or deprived by the food choices I was given.

For once I started to see results right from the onset of the Dr. TED Diet™. But most of all my friends started to notice.

I started the Dr. TED Diet™for myself. It was time to take care of my health and address the weight problem in a healthy life changing way. “It’s all about me, FINALLY”. This is what I found in the Dr. TED Diet™.

It is funny because my husband has been telling me I should take care of myself for years, not putting everyone else first. He was glad I did the Dr. TED Diet™. He saw my results and how much energy I had every day. Took him a year, the he said “I want to do the Dr. TED Diet™ program”. He had decided he was ready; I could not make that decision for him. Good thing I had that year head start, he lost faster as men generally do.

With him on the Dr. TED Diet™program we continued on our journey to a healthy happy life style together.

With working for Aesthetic MD I get to share the Dr. TED Diet™ with many patients on a personal level and also I get to share in their wonderful results as they journey to good health and looking fantastic.

Wow Patty, you look great! I've been hearing more and more about the doctor Ted Diet. I'm considering going on the diet myself. I went to the Dr Ted Diet website, and found the AestheticMD clinic in Scottsdale, AZ is a provider. I've also met a person here in Scottsdale who has also lost weight(I think 30 pounds) on the diet and is now doing fitness competitions! She showed me some pictures and I couldn't believe it! It was a drastic change for her too. Meeting more and more people who've had great results has givin me the confidence I needed to lose weight with the Dr TED Diet. I have an appointment on Friday. Your blog is great! Thank You!

I was on the Phen-Phen diet until it was taken off the market. It was wonderful. I felt the same way many people reported. The medication told my brain I wasn't hungry and I too had to remind myself to eat. Once I could not get any more, I gained the weight back I had lost. Pondimon was also taken with Phentermine. I can't find anything on line about it. Does Pentermine get results without the Pondimon? I'm 66 years old and am living on my social security check. I can't afford to purchase anything that will be a waste. I have been on every diet known to man and some I made up. I was on the "Rice Diet" at Duke University with Dr Kempner, lost 80 lbs and gained it back as soon as I got home. I had the intestinal bypass surgery many years ago. This is bypassing the lower intestine and had nothing to do with the stomach. I lost weight! I wound up 86 lbs (from 220 lbs)BUT everything I ate went right through me. Therefore, I retained no vitamins or enzymes, the walls of my rectum collapsed, my hair fell out, my teeth rotted, I had hypoglycemia (the lack of vitamin a and d) and I was in constant pain. I looked good but I couln't enjoy it. I had to wear clothes that covered the fact that my stomach was destinted like the poor starving children a world away. Well, I think it goes without saying I had the bypass reconnected and of course gained all the weight back. I have so my things wrong medically that are mostly due to my weight but at 66 I can't do all the extreme ways to loose weight like I used too. The Fen-Fen diet was the only program I feel I was successful at. I know it sounds incredible, but it really did effect my brain. It's nice to know that other people experienced the same thing. I hope I haven't bored you. I'm hoping for some feed-back. My e-mail is troutman1@peoplepc.com Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Patty here, I wanted to post some replies to my readers’ comments, so if you’ve asked a question, I’ve done my best to get an answer for you! “Wanting to Lose Weight”, Thank you for your comments. I am glad to hear that you’ve booked your appointment at Aesthetic MD in Scottsdale. Good luck! Jerry, If you are looking for more ways to put the foods together, talk to the diet counselor at Aesthetic MD. They are more than willing to share recipes with you, and have collected some new recipes from their other patients as well. Good luck! Staci & Wendyl, The Dr. TED Diet program is very individualized, and so the cost varies from person to person. The best thing to do is to set up a free consultation appointment with Dr. Chubaty by calling (480) 538-9222. The staff is very friendly, and there’s no obligation to start the diet with the appointment. They let me come in and talk to everyone as long as I wanted to. Best wishes! Lola, The Dr. TED Diet produces results similar to the prescription drugs that you have mentioned. The main difference is that the Dr. TED Diet is a lifestyle change, rather than expensive pills that don’t KEEP the weight off. Now that I’ve lost this weight, the Dr. TED Diet has given me the tools to keep the weight off for good. Set up a consultation with the doctor, as I’m sure he has lots of information about other diets, and would be more than happy to discuss them with you.

I wanted to know how much does this cost cause I did Jenny C. and it was expensive and the some of the food did not taste good.

dshorty wrote:

I guess I will set up a consultation. I saw a friend today and she and I had a baby a month apart and she looks great and I still look like I haven't had my baby yet.

Patty wrote:

dshorty, I am so glad to hear you will be setting a consultation appointment up! The Dr. TED Diet will definitely help you lose weight post pregnancy. Also, the Dr. TED Diet is nothing like the other diets available. Since you pick the foods you will be eating that day from a list, and since you will be preparing them from scratch, you should be much happier with the food choices if you start. Best wishes!

I just got back from a consultation with a md regarding starting the Dr Ted diet. It all sounds pretty good, but the $1995 is making me take a good hard look at all of this. That kind of money is not easy for me to come by. I need to loose about 84 lbs and that's a lot of weight. I am afraid I will pay and then not lose what I want to and as soon as the time is up and the diet is over gain everything I lost back.

BD, I'm so glad to hear you are losing so easily on the diet. I think my favorite part about the Dr. TED Diet is your results ARE typical. How many times have we seen other programs showing off their "great results" with a disclaimer that says RESULTS NOT TYPICAL?? Congratulations on your successes!

I'm considering giving this diet a try. I'm very skeptical about paying for it and then d'ont see the results I want. But I'm going to give it a try.

3 of the before/after pix are employees and if I'm not mistaken, isn't Patty a nurse for this company? at least she was when I wanted to try this expensive diet and I recently saw her and the weight returned. I've also heard that the owner of this company is an obese santa clause looking guy. I asked for the patent and all I got was the run around. My husband and I passed.

Desire to loose: wrote:

I have a strong desire to loose weight. I started the Dr. Ted diet about 3 day's ago and I stay hungry. I paid pretty much my last money because I want to loose weight so bad. However, It is so hard for me to avoid temptation of other foods that are not offered on the diet such as granola cereal. I have spoken with with my medical staff and all they can tell me is don't cheat and hold on for a few more days and I will feel alot better. They say that your not supposed to feel hungry on this diet, when does that start. I thought that I would feel the affects of not being hungry right away but as I said it's been 3 days going on 4. I realize the self control that I need to have however I was counting on this diet to help me crave the hunger, but so far that has not been the case. will this diet crave my hunger ever? or didI waist my money?

First of all how is being on the diet and working for the company bad? I don't know about you but I like hearing or speaking to people that have been through the diet. Second of all its not just the diet itself, its your motivation too. A dermatologist will tell you that a sunscreen will protect your skin from future sun damage. If you choose to not wear the sunscreenthen your skin wont be protected and you'll continue to get sundamage. Third of all you've "heard" not seen yourself that the owner is obese. You don't know anything but what you've heard. Maybe he has other medical conditions that may conflict with dieting. You have no idea, so dont judge what you don't know. Good Luck and I hope you find a diet that works for you.
